Sanctuary - The Peace & Gathering Room

Our beautiful Peace & Gathering Room is an energetically rich environment.  It features three lovely alters, soft lighting, is adorned with original art work, has comfortable lumbar supportive chairs, a top of the line projector and wide screen, sound mixer and 500 watt speakers, has a separate entrance for your workshop, lecture or event attendees and is adjacent to zen style water fountain, benches and garden.  The perfect location for your rental needs. 

The Peace & Gathering Room is available for rental 7 days a week for full days, evenings, half day or a few hours (with the exception of Sunday morning it is unavailable until 12pm.)

Rental Packages:

Non-Hosted: Includes a listing of your event on our website, placement of a flyer in the foyer and inclusion in our weekly e-mailed inspirational message and newsletter.  

Non-hosted rental rates: $50 per hour, $150 per half-day (five hours), $300 per full-day (ten hours).  A 50% non-refundable security deposit will hold the space for your event.

Hosted: Includes a listing of your event on our website, placement of a flyer in the foyer,inclusion in our weekly e-mailed inspirational message and newsletter, two individualized e-mails to our mailing list, and listing in over a dozen of our electronic media calendars (i.e. meetup.com, by region.net, yahoo events, etc.)

Hosted rental rate:  60/40 revenue split in renter favor. A non-refundable security deposit of $10 per each hour you need the space will hold the room for your event.
